I’ve had enough of dealing with Mr. Robert, aka Mr. Clipper. He’s consistently late, and it’s gotten to the point where he’s now lying about the days he sets up appointments. I went today after he told me to come tomorrow, only to find that no one was there. His communication skills and time management need serious improvement. He’s a great barber, but he really needs to slow down on the drinking.
