Me and my family go out of the country tomorrow. They canceled my son’s appointment 30 minutes into him sitting there and said the barber unfortunately couldn’t make it. Very unprofessional of them. Now my son will be in Mexico with no hair cut
Very unprofessional.My brother has a disability and was mistreated by the barbers.He is hearing impaired. He had a scheduled appt at 1145 and was not serviced until about 3 hours later.He was stared at and talked about by other barbers that walked by him while he was seated. An older barber proceeded to taunt him while he waited to be serviced.After my brother voiced how long he had been waiting, the barber ignored his concern. I’ve had enough of dealing with Mr. Robert, aka Mr. Clipper. He’s consistently late, and it’s gotten to the point where he’s now lying about the days he sets up appointments. I went today after he told me to come tomorrow, only to find that no one was there. His communication skills and time management need serious improvement. He’s a great barber, but he really needs to slow down on the drinking.
