I would definitely recommend Suave Dental. The entire staff is friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I especially, want to mention Ryan, the Office Manager, he is great at what he does. He worked with my schedule to get me in quickly for some dental work I have been putting off. I needed a medical release from my Doctor and Ryan followed up and guided me through the process. He took the time to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend Suave Dental to my friends and family.
Was scheduled to come in for a root canal at 2PM and I kid you not, the place was closed when I got there. Figured they may have been on a lunch break or something, so I waited around for about an hour. Nobody ever showed up. Tried to call them to figure out what was happening and I just got the answering machine. I'm not local, so this wasted my entire day. I had called them that morning and spoken to someone over the phone. Where did they go? Will they ever be back? It is a mystery.
Scheduled appointment weeks in advance, took the day off work. Booked the first appointment at 8 am was there early before the office staff even arrived. Did their own advertised deal for 59 on window. They tried to debate it and make me pay 100 when I scheduled. Then she came and told me it would be 59. Paid in full day of appointment. Waited over an hour for cleaning, then they couldn’t even finish cleaning and was told to schedule another appointment. Definitely won’t be.
This place need a lots of attention. Their staff are very rude, disrespectful for adults people’s, you have waiting all day tell giving you an appointment day. Then come earlier waiting for another an hour and half and more to someone call you in. Then waiting and waiting inside and just waiting This is my second time in one years I’m visiting this place nothing has been changed. I was very anxious heading for my appointment today, but the staff was amazing, professional . Dr. Navbir Singh was very thorough, dedicated, assertive with each procedure making me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Singh
