Today Root canals, prep for crown. Dr. Mendoza is the best Dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ve been here for 5 decades, so that’s saying a lot. I had this procedure at another dentist about a year and a half ago. It was so painful. He did not check in. He got frustrated when I would ask him to pause for a minute. And he was very rough. Dr. Mendoza is so gentle. One of my many favorite things about him as he checks in to make sure that you’re OK and not in pain. He also tells you exactly what he’s doing each step. The staff at this facility were soooooo friendly. Smiles from the desk to the back rooms. Everyone was so nice, thorough, and surprisingly fast. Dr. Sandy was so kind and patient. She saw my son and me. She explained every move she made and answered every question that I asked (and I had plenty). lol. My son was a litttle nervous, but she was so sweet he opened up and relaxed. NEGLIGENT POST-OPERATIVE CARE FOLLOWING WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION RESULTING IN A PREVENTABLE INFECTION My wisdom tooth was extracted. After 5 days, I was still in extreme pain. I requested to be seen immediately as this was concerning. Staff dismissed the urgency and refused to schedule me until 9 days later. After a few more days I was in pain and requested to be seen again. At which they denied again!
