Seemed knowledgable during our walkthrough/quoting process. This review is more about initial manners. The guy just walked into my house after I opened the door, shoes on and everything. No questions about what or where the issue is, just let himself in. Had to chase him down to ask him to take off his shoes. Ultimately, told me he couldn't help me with my floor squeaks and that I should complain to the builder, which I'm fine with. It was just a very odd initial experience and would not have hired based on that.
My fence required additional staining before the winter season for maintenance. Mr. Suarez gave me a quote after viewing my fence that I was pleased with and I thought was fair. The job was done efficiently and professionally. I will be calling Suarez Services Home Improvement and Roofing in the future and I recommend them for home improvement needs.
