This Builder as far as we know is not in business anymore. We’ve been in this home fir 3 1/2 years. We moved from NH to Florida. Luckily we found a wonderful neighborhood but we have no idea house this house ever passed ANY inspections during its building. We are remodeling the kitchen and pretty much the entire main living area. We have had to REWIRE the entire house. We found garage door was wired to kitchen outlets, a 45 lb ceiling fan was being held up by the street rock there were not even nails in the junction box. The... read more
Never again... I will research any new builder. Smoke and mirrors, name changes and unanswered phones. Defective tile floors...poping, cracking and lifting. I'm going to sell my house at a loss. Thanks for the American dream Suatez...NOT. hope you all get scabies. Diana
If no stars were a rating. That is what they would get. State of Florida allows these people to keep changing their name and lets them continue to build subpar homes with no recourse. My community and many others have whole community of houses that they wont fix anything. Since day 1 they have been contacted about our whole tile floor lifting right up.
