They need to take better inventory. I drove from union to get a part only to get there and there is no part. Not a good experience. 1.5 stars.
This company exemplifies terrible customer service. I was quoted just $60 for a rear hatch for my 1996 Toyota 4Runner, so I sent my employee to pick it up. It took him two and a half hours to reach the location, only for him to be met with a shocking $250 charge upon arrival. When I confronted them, they claimed a misunderstanding, insisting they thought it was for a rear hitch.
