No personal connection, warmth, or collaboration of care. Left to do all your own research, figure out your lab and imaging results all on your own. Aren’t properly prepared for your diagnosis, leading to additional health problems down the line without any warning. Very blasé, in-and-out, throw medication at the patient and send them on their way. Felt unheard, scared, and in bad health as I wasn’t set up for success for my future.
I’ve been going to Dr Yin for years now. She’s an excellent doctor. Ease of communication, parking and great staff make seeing Dr Yin a worthwhile endeavor. I recommend her highly.

The treatment I received with Dr. Su Yin and their staff were appalling. Many times, I called and messaged through the portal, only to end up in tears due to medical gaslighting and neglect. I only once have spoken to the actual doctor. Every form of communication has been through passive-aggressive portal emails and calls through their nurses.
