We were a little skeptical of a high end sushi restaurant in New Mexico, having just moved from Hawaii. Yet we were thoroughly impressed! I had the omakase and my wife had à la cart sushi. Everything, from the amuse-bouche, to the deliciously flavored cuts of the freshest fish, to cocktails and desserts, was on point. The sushi chef managed to elevate traditional cuts with flavors and textures we’ve never experienced in either Hawaii or Japan.
