I went in for a lift and tint, and this lady was texting the whole time, inattentive, didn’t tell me what was going on to my eyes.. when I told her it was burning she answered a phone call before she helped with my eyes. Then to top it off after we paid and tried to leave she tried to tell us we hadn’t paid yet… we showed her the verification it was sent and she had us stand there for 3 minutes until she could find her own proof.. the lift turned out fine.
