We can’t get the office to call us back to resolve a simple referral matter. We have sent numerous MYCHART messages, made numerous calls and left numerous messages for the medical assistant and office manager to call us back to no avail. Dr. Su: This is our last ditch effort to get assistance from your office to get help for our 15 year old son who is your patient. Please give us a call.
I have never been treated more poorly and with a lack geb=niune caring as I had with Dr. Su. I scheduled my appt and was so excited to finally get some answers. Only to have my appt. cancelled when I got there. Long drive. And to be told I don't think he does worksman comp cases anymore. Well somehow worksmans comp approved it and I called back again cryng and pleasding for him to just look at my MRIs and Xrays. I owe Dr Brian Su this review from a few years ago, to be precise 3 years ago, he performed the back surgery that has allowed me to get back to close to a normal active sport life. The knowledge and care, from the initial consultations 2 plus years before surgery, with alternative routes to avoid surgery to final carrying out an XLIF procedure which was very successful. Dr Su and his team were just fantastic through each phase of my recovery. My goal was to ski again and this I have been able to do for the last two winters.

Dr. Su is one of the best. He is an accomplished surgeon with excellent communications skills. He is empathetic, down-to-earth and doesn’t have a chip on his shoulder. He spends the time explaining to his patients the issues and treatment plan. He doesn’t rush patients into surgery. Rather, he takes the time to try to pinpoint the root cause by prescribing diagnostic shots to address the pain. I have consulted with 4 other surgeons regarding my issue.
