Disappointing experience via motorway. Car was sold to Styrin, who never contacted us. I had to chase them to get a collection date and time which they then cancelled via motorway without notifying us directly after the arranged collection time. No explanation from Styrin so we had to re list. Very poor communication.

We were paid £2,800 for our late brothers car about 3 weeks ago . I realise businesses have to make a profit but it's up for sale for £6,890 That it taking advantage of our grief. I am appalled with them. I have no intention to call the company The Radio DID work , the so called damage was not seen by ourselves and we had checked the car fully.there was a slight crack on wing mirror & slight damage on both doors where it had been opened onto something and a knocking sound when driving.
