I got a colour and cut by a lovely lady called Jacinta. My hair after the service felt like it came back to life. Her communication skills were amazing and was the most friendliest salon I’ve ever been to. Will definitely go back and recommend her. Thank you guys!🥰

Really disappointing experience. I went in for a wash and blow dry and was charged a premium price for what was a very average, basic result—nothing about the service reflected the cost. What made it worse was the response when my friend raised it. There was no real concern or effort to address it, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Unfortunately, this didn’t deliver on either. $70 for just normal washing and drying! Very disappointing experience at Stylz in Bondi Junction. My friend went in for a basic wash and blow dry and received an extremely average result—nothing about it justified the price charged. The cost was significantly higher than what you’d expect for such a standard, low-effort service. When we raised this, the staff showed little to no concern and made no attempt to resolve it, which says a lot about how they treat their customers. This place is overpriced for what it delivers.
