After walking out of a bad salon, I went over to Stylz to see if they could fit me in for a colour and highlights last minute. Kassandra looked after me and made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. She had to stay back about 10 mins later than close to finish of my hair and did so with no complaint. I had initially requested a senior stylist for my foils, as I have a lot of hair, so I was a little surprised, and admittedly a bit apprehensive, when I was assigned a third-year apprentice. However, Pam quickly put me at ease. She demonstrated strong knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. The end result was fantastic, I was genuinely impressed with both her work and her attitude. Thanks, Pam!
