I had a nightmare hair disaster while overseas and I went to have it redone yesterday at Stylz. It was a difficult fix job however Scarlett was incredible and it beyond exceeded my expectations. A far better job than many of the expensive salons at a fraction of the price. I’ve just become a loyal customer. Couldn’t recommended more. Thank you!!!!
Very unfriendly and rude staff with no customer service at all. They gave me one price over the phone, but when I arrived, they quoted me a completely different price. When I asked why it was different, the staff member looked at me very coldly and said it was “common knowledge” that there is always a surcharge everywhere on Sunday. I’m sorry, but this kind of attitude can really put customers off and damage a business. I would not recommend this place at all.
This is my third visit to Stylz Warringah Mall and not only is the service and product exceptionally good, the experience and customer service they deliver in this salon is absolutely amazing. They treat their staff and each other so wonderfully that it is a pleasure to visit.
