TERRIBLE QUALITY HAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH LISA. Absolute worst quality of hair, anyone who is thinking about purchasing or working with this hair line do not waste your time or money. Customer service is terrible and she gives no sort of refund or anything. I paid $250 for hair that I needed removed after two weeks. It feels synthetic and dreads. Terrible product and customer service.
Want to start off by saying I am a stylist but feel like I was scammed. Don’t take her Sassy Chic Extensions certification unless you’re ready for no discount as a stylist and crappy stylist quality hair and sad clients. Her hair insurance is you have to buy the hair and keep it for them to give it to them for free.
