The consultation was so informative, and the consultant was extremely patient with my husband and I, while explaining the different options and styles. We are so happy with the way everything came out, and how smooth the whole process was. Highly recommended!!!
Terrible customer service – I scheduled an in-home consultation and was shocked at the treatment I received. I was rushed through the few questions I had, and after asking the simple question "do you have this in other fabrics?" was treated to a rant by the 'sales professional' about how he had decided he didn't want to work with me because he was getting a negative vibe. The nicest window treatment company in Manhattan – I was looking for new blinds and drapes for a new apartment in NYC. I got their number from a friend that used then before, and I was so happy I did, I will recommend to others. The window treatments came out so beautiful, I love it.
