We were brought here by our contractor to find the right electric fireplace for a particular wall in our home. What a choice! There were lots of options and we were guided through them expertly by their very knowledgeable and personable sales rep. No hard sell but she clearly knew her stuff. In the end she helped us make the perfect choice. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Stylish Fireplaces.
I ordered three fireplaces on line and the service was superb. I received a phone call to let me know about the delivery, had follow up as the delivery date approached and received all three items in perfect condition. Great all around service and products.
Like to by local and Canadian products first. Drove from Bracebridge to Napoleons showroom in Barrie for a linear electric fireplace. Couldn't get any sales help, helped myself and looked around, most models had no remotes to try out the features. Left unsatisfied went home did some more research. Stylish Fireplaces is a First-Class company for price and service. We bought a high-end Modern Flames fireplace from Stylish Fireplaces in Toronto, and it was close to $1500 less than priced in Montreal and was delivered at no cost the very next day. When starting to use it, we noticed that the remote control did not work at all; changing batteries and having three different people independently follow the instructions was to no avail.
