Returned Phone Calls Got My Mom & I in Quick For HairCuts
Tracie did amazing kid's haircuts and beard trim. I like how she listens to her costumer's of what kind of haircuts they want. She's so friendly and nice. I also like how it's walking distance from where I live. Definitely will come back.
Tracie is personable I found her during the pandemic and she got my color right the first time. She is friendly and flexible with scheduling appointments. Unfortunately, the last time I had an appointment with her was over a year ago, I don't know what happened, my highlights were brassy and orange. I called to have the problem fixed and she did not respond. I never went back after that and found someone who cares about a satisfied client. Too expensive to not be satisfied with the color.
