Britt didn't listen to what I wanted and did her own thing. I was very clear on what I wanted done. She messed it up. I went back a second time to have it fixed and it looks worse than when I started. She blamed me for it...don't waste your money here. She doesn't know what she's doing.

I posted 5 months ago about how great Brit was, but it was just because it was so bad she had to redo it a few days later. Did not want upset hairstylist working on my hair, but I needed her to make it right since she was already paid. Did not want 12 inches cut off, but she fried it so bad it had to be cut and cut looks like it was done by a five year old. If you don’t delete the reviews I guarantee this place would not be 5 star, had my hair dyed red costing 270 which was fine color turned out good exactly what I asked for, when I got home I realized there’s still some bleached spots in my hair not covered. My roots were still black when I wanted everything red, not lightening my roots was fine by me but why was there no dye on my roots at all. Lmao if you have dyed you hair by your self at home before your better off spending less than 50 with box dyes and do it your self😘

Britt is amazing!! She will do everything to make your hair perfect! Takes pride in her work! She will not let you walk out with any questions or doubts!! I like how she is a perfectionist!! She does not overbook so she is not rushed. Can not say enough good about her!!!!! Love! Love! Love!
