I was given wrong information about a hair color. Messed up my hair and had to buy more to correct the problem. Which they knew would happen but they just want you to buy more products as hair color is final sale, what a joke
Shady business practices!! I came in today (as a first time customer) to look for hair cutting scissors. I wasn't entirely sure if I wanted to buy right away or keep looking around, but the young girl behind the counter assured me that yes, I could return them if I changed my mind, as long as the package was unopened. Not once did she even hint that I would not get a refund but could only get store credit. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought them. Lisa and her amazing team are so knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. I enjoy the treasure hunt through the store each time I walk in. There is always a good selection of tools and products and usually if it's not in then and there the staff has always been so wonderful about ordering it in for me. I continuously recommend Styling Essentials to my own clients.
