This is not a America based company. All of their sales and customer service is in the Philippines. I have called them repeatedly about a order that has not shipped and I was told over and over that is is still processing. 12 days later my order still hasn't shipped. The web site say's the part is in stock, but still nothing. I highly recommend you shop some where else..
