Very rude and unprofessional
Led to perceive she could do a style that had smaller size twist that she knew she wouldn’t do from the beginning of the service. She could have been upfront with her services but she proceeded to wash my hair and said okay to the picture I had showed her. Moy is rude, unprofessional, lacking in skill, and arrogant when presented with constructive criticism. My fiancée and I recently relocated to the Orlando area and were in search of a hairdresser. Stylezbymoy is unable to properly manage her business and provide vital updates related to her relocation in a timely manner to new clients who have booked according to her guidelines to include reading and accepting the outrageous cancelation policy stated on her booking app. I initially booked an appointment for 2:30 PM, Friday 4/25/25, and paid the deposit of $137.35 on 4/18/25.
