Moy is rude, unprofessional, lacking in skill, and arrogant when presented with constructive criticism. My fiancée and I recently relocated to the Orlando area and were in search of a hairdresser. Stylezbymoy is unable to properly manage her business and provide vital updates related to her relocation in a timely manner to new clients who have booked according to her guidelines to include reading and accepting the outrageous cancelation policy stated on her booking app. I initially booked an appointment for 2:30 PM, Friday 4/25/25, and paid the deposit of $137.35 on 4/18/25. I started going to Moy in January 2023 and been back every month since, and have my next 2 hairstyles planned.. at my first appt we made a plan to revive my hair and she genuinely cares and educates me of my hair .. I always leave her feeling beautiful.. highly recommended..
