We were told to drop off the materials the day before the appointment and nobody was there and we had to put it through a spot in the door. On the day of the appointment we got there 10 minutes early, nobody was there and then we waited until the appointment time and she still wasnt there. She never communicated that she was going to be late and then we waited at least 20 minutes after the appointment she still wasn't there. Please manage your time better and communicate when you're late.
