This was one of the worst hair cuts I have ever gotten. I got my hair cut by Caroline and right now all I want to do is cry. I told her multiple times specific things about how I like my hair cut which were COMPLETELY ignored. I said 1) do NOT feather my bangs -- I really hate the look of them feathered and much prefer them blunt 2) I have VERY thick hair and wanted a short cut. Amazing experience, very nice building and location, all workers were extremely pleasant, my stylist, Amy was wonderful! She did such an amazing job and took care of me so well! 10/10 would highly recommend coming here for all hair needs, and ask for Amy!
