Excellent service for my daughter and friends when trying on. Welcomed back a second time - just to be sure! Excellent service for pick up and drop off, and the dress looked superb - highly recommended.
It was my first time renting a dress and stylestarter boutique set a great standard. I was looking at heaps of other places online before committing to this store. We hired a dress for a Year 8 dance and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We did an in-shop try-on beforehand, which was extremely helpful, and the staff were super friendly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We then hired the dress online, and it was delivered on time with no issues at all. The return process was very simple, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for posting it back. The dress itself was absolutely beautiful and great quality. Highly recommend!
Such a georgous little boutique! I am a big fan of renting dresses instead of buying and Style Starter Boutique have such an amazing range to suit a variety of events. I was looking for a 30th birthday dress and the staff were so kind, hospitable, and attentive to what I was looking for and helping with sizing and finding something I loved. Fantastic range of dresses, I didn’t catch the store assistants name but she has wonderful customer service and was very helpful even with the follow up emails and organising collection. I sent a DiDi driver to collect my dress on pick up day and advised the store, again they were more than happy to accommodate and everything went smoothly.
