Fantastic range of dresses, I didn’t catch the store assistants name but she has wonderful customer service and was very helpful even with the follow up emails and organising collection. I sent a DiDi driver to collect my dress on pick up day and advised the store, again they were more than happy to accommodate and everything went smoothly. Even when I returned the dress to the store, the same young woman was in store who greeted me warmly, asked if I had photos from my event. Very thoughtful and personalised service. They were so lovely, so easy to rent from, I highly enjoyed renting from them.
Genuinely the best customer service I could have asked for. I experienced some problems with shipping due to the weather and the girls at Stylestarter were nothing but awesome and had the best communication. Couldn't recommend them more!!
