They're ok for very basic haircuts and styling, but they're incredibly old-fashioned and geared more towards older women. Absolutely never get anything done with bleach here, though. They don't know what they're doing at all, but will just half ass their way though it anyway and completely butcher your hair. Nancy was sweet and fun. She did a wonderful job on my highlights and cut. She didn't cut too much off which I very much appreciated. She also did my eyebrows and didn't think them too much. Loved it.
