Last week, I called to make an appointment. The receptionist answered with a simple "hello," and as I began to speak, she hung up on me. I assumed it might have been a connection issue, so I called back three more times—but she never answered. This kind of behavior shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. She clearly doesn't know how to treat customers with respect. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place.
Always on time, reasonable prices, friendly and relaxing environment. Have been going for many years and always satisfied with my cut and color!
