Love this salon, been going here for years. kelli is absolutely amazing as well as all the others there.
Leah didn’t show up till 20 minutes after my appointment. When she finally walked in I was about to get up but she told me to hold on for a second. She walked to the back and got another customer that had dye in her hair to continue her appointment. Waited 25 more minutes before I just walked out. Wasted almost an hour of my time for a 5 minute haircut that I didn’t even get without any explanation or apologies. Will not be going again. The one star is for the comfortable couch.
she canceled and didn’t even let us reschedule. rude. would not come again!!!
