New stylist for me. Jess is awesome. Communicates. Offers suggestions. Tweaks technique as she goes, but continues to communicate. Can't wait to go back to her. Facility is beautiful and clean. Receptionist Brenda is very professional and helpful. FYI-I get foils, The Money Coloring, roots and a trim every time. Why is hair coloring not an option on this checklist.

It's very nice to see such positive remarks. I wish I could say the same. My first experience was very positive. My hair was washed and styled very nicely. Upon leaving, I paid my bill with a tip and made an appointment with the same stylist about 5 weeks later. I went to my scheduled appointment, and overheard the stylist say she forgot about my appointment. I let it go, she did a good job styling my hair again.
