I came here for around 3 years already and recently they keep messing up my right eyebrow. I know what my eyebrows are supposed to look like and they legit keep cutting a chunk of the bottom front which just ruins the whole thing. I’m not sure what is going on but the service is bad now.
Worst experience ever. I specifically told the technician not to make my eyebrows thin. After the wax, I noticed what appeared to be a bald spot in my eyebrow. When I brought it up, I was told that I had supposedly come in with the bald spot already, which was not true. They attempted to cover it with tint multiple times, but it did not look natural or match my brows. The ladies are amazing in providing the proper aftercare. Have had service with them the past 3 years and haven’t left them, even with moving to other cities.
I love coming here, they’re always so gentle and nice when coming. Great services that they have and never disappoints me.
