Despite her long-standing business experience, I cannot ascertain her competence or trustworthiness. I consistently visited her salon and raised my hair loss concerns. I would like to share that the owner of this salon honked at me while I had my door open in an empty parking lot in front of her business. I was waiting for a friend who was using a neighboring service in the same shared parking lot and reviewing information for my job peacefully, while minding my own business. The night before my appointment, I realized a $75 service was added to my appointment so I reached out to Cherhea asking why as I did not book the service. She responded with “Good evening yes it wasn't added to your service” word for word. In fact, I copied and pasted that message from our text thread. This woman gave me chemical burns that required me to go to the ER. Then she proceeded to charge me full price for her error with zero remorse. Highly do not recommend. In the process of taking legal action against this salon. This woman only cares about money and should have her license rebuked!
