I would like to share that the owner of this salon honked at me while I had my door open in an empty parking lot in front of her business. I was waiting for a friend who was using a neighboring service in the same shared parking lot and reviewing information for my job peacefully, while minding my own business. The night before my appointment, I realized a $75 service was added to my appointment so I reached out to Cherhea asking why as I did not book the service. She responded with “Good evening yes it wasn't added to your service” word for word. In fact, I copied and pasted that message from our text thread. This woman gave me chemical burns that required me to go to the ER. Then she proceeded to charge me full price for her error with zero remorse. Highly do not recommend. In the process of taking legal action against this salon. This woman only cares about money and should have her license rebuked!
I purchased a hair clip inn made exclusively for me by Cherhea. I wanted to add blonde highlights to my hair but did not want to color my actual hair. Cherhea recommended her hair clip inn and I loved it. I wore it while I was on vacation and it was easy to manage and looked so real, just like my natural hair. I received many compliments and the best part was that the clip inn was low maintenance so I could enjoy my vacation without having to worry about my hair.
