I've been going to Styles Nails for the past six months and have gotten great service every time. This nail salon is clean and inviting. They offer online scheduling, and follow up with a text. The staff is friendly and well-trained. The massage chairs are top notch! I highly recommend Styles Nails!
I always have 10/10 service here. I have been a loyal customer for a while now and i wont let anyone else touch my nails. The salon is very clean and aesthetic. The customer service is always 10/10, and my nails always come out nothing less than perfect! You wont find anyone better in Lufkin to do the absolute best nail designs!
Chris did a fantastic job on my back to school nails! He was so kind, and I felt very comfortable during my visit. I definitely recommend Styles Nails to anyone who likes fun designs!
Okay, so no it wasn’t about making an appointment. From my understanding, you all accept walk-ins. The issue was the energy we received the moment we walked in. Instead of feeling welcomed as potential customers, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Customer service starts long before the service itself, and unfortunately, that first impression was enough to make us decide to spend our money elsewhere. No worries, though everyone has options, and we simply chose one where we felt valued.
