I have been coming to Verlena for years now and have always had wonderful service and receive lots of compliments from family/friends and even total strangers! If you need a reliable and professional stylist, Verlena is it!!
A while ago this place messed up my hair. I asked for blonde and even showed a picture of what I wanted. Instead, I was given bright yellow hair. When I said it was too yellow the girl tried to gaslight me saying it's what I asked for. Also, my hair was cut very uneven.
I walked in and there was three kind lady’s who all greeted me with a smile. I love the energy in this building you can tell they want to be here and I will be coming back!!
We had a great experience with Verlena!!! My son said wants to come back to her from now on!!! Thank you!!!
