Order placed on Jan 22, 2025 for an “in stock” item. Today is Feb 4, 2025 and order still indicates “received” on my order status online. Tried calling the telephone number with no success (long wait and no answer). No electronic methods of contact available on the website (email, chat, text). Completely unacceptable in today’s business. Communication is nonexistent and order processing is extremely slow. No means available online to cancel order. Talked with Anthony at SiyGeek as the ELT battery ordered with expedited shipping did not arrive. Aircraft was in contract to sell, and making it good to go was part of the deal. First battery sent went somewhere....... Anthony had another sent priority overnite. Battery arrived as promised, installed, deal went through. Anthony and SkyGeek have my business for the rest of my life. Paul Amstutz
Bad experience. Order did not ship out for more than a week after placement, and the status just said pending. I tried to call customer service for an update and gave up after being on hold for 40 minutes.
On hold for 30 minutes:( They don't respond to emails about my order. It hasn't shipped for a week and no one gets back to me about whether it will ship, whether it's in stock, or what is going on:( To treat a paying customer this way isn't good at all.
Terrible business that will just post there products at like 4 cents less then listed elsewhere and then have your order tied up for like 2-6 months
