Toya is FANTASTIC! I was in a real bind. My niece had a recital the next day and my 79yo mother’s weave was a hot mess! I’m busy and should have taken care of it sooner but she is so hard to get around due to her limited mobility. I frantically prayed that there was one hustling stylist out there who would pick up text at 930p the night before the recital. Toya texted me within minutes.
