I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after seeing the condition of my hair a few weeks after my appointment, I feel I should share my experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but Toya arrived about 45 minutes late after initially saying she would only be 15 minutes behind. As a first time client, I waited outside because I wasn’t familiar with the suite setup and was never told I could wait inside. Toya takes the time to understand your hair journey while being attentive to what your hair truly needs. I got beautiful crochet braids, with criss-cross cornrows that were gentle on my edges. Magical hair care experience. Definitely recommend Toya for natural hair care.
