Kelcie is absolutely amazing. My granddaughter has special needs and Kelcie has made her feel so special and do an amazing job with her. Kelcie is her best friend now. We have a monthly appointment for her to give her a good hair wash as she is terrified of putting her head in water. While she is getting her "treatment" I get a haircut.
