Tiffany has been doing my locs for about 2 years now. She has truly grown my hair and it's healthier then ever. I highly recommend her services for quality, price and time. Update: Now in year 4 of going to Tiffany and still loving my locs. She started my daughter's locs and is now styling and maintaining hers. She loves her hair and so do I!
