I paid for a chemical relaxer service but the hair always reverted to my original wave pattern. I went twice and both times still didn't straighten out my hair. When I pay a professional for a chemical service like this, I expect them to know what they are doing and to perform on their service. That's the entire reason I am paying a professional to chemically relax my hair.
