Rachel DOES AMAZING work and makes sure her clients are happy!!!
Rachel was my hair stylist. Pro: Hair cut and color turns out very nice when I get to see her. Cons: She has cancelled on me before in the past but I could get in the next time. Recently, 3 times to cancel last minute or tell your client after the client rearranged work and personal schedule to be there on time, that there was going to be a 2 hour wait and not call prior to that to inform the client is unprofessional and very inconsiderate.

Rachel is a awesome hairstylist . She does eyebrows etc. I am never disappointed!
