I've been going to Crystal for lash lifting and tinting. I was a bit nervous to go at first because I've never had something like this done before, but she was so calming and gentle, and just had a really sweet personality. I was having issues with my lashes curling downward and some breakage (my own fault), and she was able to fix them and make them look great for my wedding day! Took my teen daughter here for her first eyebrow wax and Crystal was amazing! Very cute place and very friendly staff :)

I thought everything was going good until I left and already paid mind you there was no option to not tip so i tipped aswell when i realized my under eyebrow was burning and then i look in the mirror and see what looks like the top layer of my skin was ripped off and is now red and inflamed also she did not even get the hair under the brow or above it but instead just got straight skin. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am now so upset and in pain.

Karlie was so sweet and did an AMAZING job on my lashes. I’ve been wanting longer looking lashes with minimal aftercare. Needless to say, I’ve found my lash girl!
