This is the first time I have gone to this salon. I called on a tuesday, and I said I wanted a haircut and to dye it an ombre, from my natural hair color to pink. I was given a quote of $100. I pre-paid $50 during the same call and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. When I got there, they had no knowledge of what I was getting done.
