These people are useless overpriced and just no good
I returned shoes, stylerunner received them on the 4th Dec 25, I am still waiting for a credit. It’s now the 5th of January. Absolutely no customer service.
DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU BUY ONLINE. Missing item for weeks and the more I chase it up the more I’m ignored. Your instore teams are beautiful , so much so that if it wasn’t for them then I would refuse to ever buy another thing. Online service used to be personal but now it’s just bots and impossible to get answers or even replies. So disappointing.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Both online and in-store service are beyond frustrating. It’s clear all they care about is taking your money – not helping customers. I returned an item, and not only have I not received my refund, but there’s also no proper way to speak with someone about it. No contact number, no real support, just automated responses or being passed around with no resolution. If I could leave minus zero I would. Purchase a number of items, they came stained, returned them (that process was hard enough as I had to repeat myself to multiple bots) and am still waiting for my refund. Despite showing them proof of return, emails trails, lack of refund to my bank and trying to contact them for months, I have still not received my refund. I’ve tried to ask for a manager to no avail.
