I placed an order in store to have my item shipped from another store interstate as my size was not available at the Eastland store. I even mentioned to the sales girl that I would just place the order online myself. She told me that she can do it for me and I would not have to pay shipping as doing it myself will incur shipping fee (which was a lie as I have now gone on site and it is free for orders over $160) which mine was. This is my go-to place, and I absolutely love their styles. Zoe at Eastland was incredibly helpful. She’s definitely the person to see if you need guidance finding the best pieces! Or need to exchange, she looks after customers professionally. 5⭐️

I recently purchased items through Click & Collect at the Eastland store, as the sizes were showing available there. Two days later, I did not receive any email confirmation to pick them up. I decided to call, but when I did, I was informed that the items were out of stock and that my payment would be refunded. I’m disappointed that I had to call twice to find this out, especially when the lines were often busy. I would have expected to be notified immediately if the items were unavailable. :(
