Bob is very respectful and always gets me what I want.
Messy store. Salesperson not very helpful – The store manager really needs to learn how to organize and clean up the store. The store looks like some homeless guy moved in there. I didn't think the sales guy knew a whole lot (I was shopping for some new panniers). I felt like I wasted my time there.
Atrocious service!!! – Possibly the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. I came in looking for a mirror, and instead of helping me find something, the owner threatened me that "I better not waste 3 hours of his "eff'ing" time (because he's got hundreds of them in stock), and not end up buying anything".
