Worst service ever. I went ( in person) to make an appointment for next week. When I came to my appointment nobody was there, 30 min later a girl comes to open the salon and asked me if I have an appointment, I said yes, I showed her the confirmation their sent to me. 45 min later I asked when the girl that would do put the extensions on my hair would come, she said she is in a meeting. They are a joke, a really bad one! What a waist of time
I am so grateful I found this salon!! They really are the best !!
Don’t go there!!! Brought my two daughters there for braids and the girl overcharged me saying their head was too big! 🤨
I can’t say enough good things about Style Lab in general and Sherrie in particular! Booked an appointment for my son’s first retwist 10:30 Saturday morning at Knotty by Nature. Spoke to the stylist on Friday to confirm time and find out if we needed to wash. Was told to wash it because they were 2 weeks from “getting right”. Cool no problem. I was with sherrie to get my hair loc'd she was amazing. She's funny, nice, and makes sure your experience isn't boring. I love her energy, and it's the reason I love going back. She also did an amazing job with my hair, im in love with the way it came out.
