I can’t say enough good things about Style Lab in general and Sherrie in particular! Booked an appointment for my son’s first retwist 10:30 Saturday morning at Knotty by Nature. Spoke to the stylist on Friday to confirm time and find out if we needed to wash. Was told to wash it because they were 2 weeks from “getting right”. Cool no problem. I was with sherrie to get my hair loc'd she was amazing. She's funny, nice, and makes sure your experience isn't boring. I love her energy, and it's the reason I love going back. She also did an amazing job with my hair, im in love with the way it came out.
I was referred to this salon to see a Adrie a braider. Normally I wouldn’t do this and write a review but I have tried to contact salon owner multiple times. No answer when I call ..phone just rings. Unprofessionalism from the beginning is what I experienced. My appt was for 10am on a Sunday I was thankful for that. But then got changed to 11 ok no biggie but I waited outside for 1hour until the stylist got there. She already had a deposit of $150 from me that she refused to give back so I had no choice but to see her. Now s... read more
