We've owned a Madeleine banquette for two years and love it more all the time, it still looks new, it makes dinner fun, and it's a real crowd pleaser at parties.
Cool store setup but the client experience is brutal. Store staff aren’t helpful and owner is very rude - told me I couldn’t afford it anyway. Wowwww. As you can tell from their review responses, it’s never their fault, never a sorry. Well worth the drive out of the city to other stores with the same designer brands.
Rude employees. Especially Rachel. Not sure why everyone is so stuck up. You sell furniture. Relax.
