I love my dress and I had a great experience there. I’m disappointed by the communication. I was told that my dress would be ordered with the lace trim at the bottom detached for alterations purposes. It arrived sewn on and I’ve since consulted multiple alteration shops thar are all charging hundreds of dollars for the removal and reattachment (because it’s a very delicate lace and needs to be blended back together) I feel like I didn’t need to pay for that, had it arrived detached
I’ve had the most positive experience with TC Bridal! After loving an accessory I saw on TikTok, I called the boutique, and Maddie went above and beyond to show me all of the options available. I’m so appreciative for her help and making this such an easy purchase all the way from Florida!!

Choosing a wedding dress is very a special and meaningful experience for every bride, I'm very grateful for the care and support I received. Not a welcoming place. Fiancée and I felt judged throughout the whole experience. Left a bad taste in our mouth. The dresses themselves are absolutely beautiful though.
