I wish I could say this was a positive experience, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. This was the second bridal boutique I visited, and going into it, I was genuinely excited. If this was our bride's first bridal appointment, it would have RUINED wedding dress shopping for her! Thankfully she had amazing experiences at other boutiques and this was the only disappointment. The receptionist showed us to the room and mentioned to our bride that they are understaffed, the rain is delaying people, and that our stylist will be with us shortly. I am sad to say I had a bad experience at this boutique, the worst experience out of the 4-5 places I’ve visited in the OC. My stylist had a very nice personality (which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one), but the experience felt very sloppy compared to other salons I’ve gone to. I ended up taking only 30 minutes of the 90 minute appointment due to lackluster presentation and disappointing dress selection. I had a wonderful experience at Styled by TC. It was my very first stop on the search for a wedding dress! The shop was in a lovely area, parking was simple, and I immediately felt welcomed. The team was professional and had refreshments waiting for us in our private back area. We worked with Audrey who pulled a beautiful selection of dresses and calmed any remaining nerves I had about the whole experience.
