If this was our bride's first bridal appointment, it would have RUINED wedding dress shopping for her! Thankfully she had amazing experiences at other boutiques and this was the only disappointment. I am sad to say I had a bad experience at this boutique, the worst experience out of the 4-5 places I’ve visited in the OC. My stylist had a very nice personality (which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one), but the experience felt very sloppy compared to other salons I’ve gone to. I had a wonderful experience at Styled by TC. It was my very first stop on the search for a wedding dress! The shop was in a lovely area, parking was simple, and I immediately felt welcomed. The team was professional and had refreshments waiting for us in our private back area. We worked with Audrey who pulled a beautiful selection of dresses and calmed any remaining nerves I had about the whole experience. My experience here was not good. This was my first time wedding dress shopping and the stylist I worked with was incredibly impatient and rude. I explained that it was my first time trying on wedding dresses.
