I am sad to say I had a bad experience at this boutique, the worst experience out of the 4-5 places I’ve visited in the OC. My stylist had a very nice personality (which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one), but the experience felt very sloppy compared to other salons I’ve gone to. I had a wonderful experience at Styled by TC. It was my very first stop on the search for a wedding dress! The shop was in a lovely area, parking was simple, and I immediately felt welcomed. The team was professional and had refreshments waiting for us in our private back area. We worked with Audrey who pulled a beautiful selection of dresses and calmed any remaining nerves I had about the whole experience. My experience here was not good. This was my first time wedding dress shopping and the stylist I worked with was incredibly impatient and rude. I explained that it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible experience I had with Krickit while searching for my wedding dress and veil. I found my dress back in May at Styled by TC and recently returned to the boutique to find the perfect veil. To my delight, Krickit was the associate assisting me once again. She made me feel truly seen, heard, and supported- and I deeply appreciated her honesty throughout the process.
