I scheduled a hair appointment for my niece two weeks in advance for her birthday. Unfortunately, the business owner provided incorrect information, failed to properly plan the hair pickup, and communicated in an unprofessional manner. Sunny stole a new pack of hair from me (Remi) Changed my card $190, but quoted $100 for a quick sew in. Each row has huge spaces between. This allowed her to use 1 pack and steal the other by hiding it. Stole a new pack of Remi hair from a 65 year old Social Security Recipient) fixed income) and changed my card $190. Crooked practices and a thief

This allowed her to use 1 pack and steal the other by hiding it. Thief, crooked practices and will violate code of Cosmetology ethics for a dollar. She took my Remi hair and refused to return it.

Sunny did a great job on my daughter's hair. She was very patient with her and she informed me how to care for it. Her silk press is beautiful and healthy. We'll be her new clients! And to add, she's also really cool!!
