The first time I got the relaxer with shanna my hair was very damaged, bad experiences of other salons but since I started with shanna my hair has improved a lot. Protein treatment has given a lot of reavility to the hair, now it is silky and stronger. Shana is very professional and extremely helpful with advice about your hair journey. The environment is clean and comfortable. And she is really welcoming and makes recommendations if necessary.
