Came in for two strand starter locs . Learned my hair wouldn’t hold the style after I waited patiently for my turn waiting for her to finish other client. No problem. The problem is she took me to the table and washed my hair and said she can’t do the style I asked for because my hair does still have perm in it and as an alternative I can get 4 braids to the back or straightened hair . The absolute worst experience I have ever had from a "professional" doing my hair. She will NEVER get to touch my hair again. Thank God her mom was there as a witness because this crazy lady was yelling at me, followed me up to the front desk when I walked away from her because she was getting upset because I didnt understand or do something right on her website when booking. I had an appointment at 7:30pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. After sitting there for a half hour, I finally decided to ask if I should reschedule. She rudely replies "Sir you're not guaranteed to be in my chair at the time you scheduled." If i were 15 mins late, she'd cancel my appointment. She also said that she was not going to refund my deposit if I choose to leave. You would think someone would be more professional or considerate for returning clients.
Amazing experience I’ve been to 3 different locticians, none has cared for my hair like Lena has. The quality, efficiency, and overall experience has been great. If you are looking to get re-twisted or any other service done look no further. (P.S the shop is really nice also)
