Update - HOA Is By Far Worse. After they asked me to reach out we have been in contact via email and phone with them for 2 months now. No Call back, No response, no Accountability.
Buying a townhome that mixes total convenience with a low-maintenance lifestyle has been such a game-changer. I get more time with my family and pups, and when I’m craving a night out, all my favorite spots are literally right outside my door. The Edge at Westchester Commons really is the perfect place to call home. I’m so excited to watch this community grow—so grateful to be a part of it!
I’ve dealt with many properties over the year, but this combination of a cheap builder, poorly run HOA, and unresponsive property management company has been the absolute worst. Builder: The construction quality was subpar from day one — uneven floors, poor insulation, plumbing and HVAC problems, and cheap finishes that started breaking within months.
